Justice acquits investigated for death of taxi driver in Uberaba neighborhood

For lack of evidence, 3 people accused of killing taxi driver Sergio Rodrigues were acquitted.

The crime took place in November 2021, in Jardim União.

Of the four involved, only the woman remains with the ongoing prosecution.

Each of the three defendants, who were acquitted, had not previously had a case in court. Rodrigues' ex-wife, who confessed to the taxi driver's death, remains in detention.
